Chapter 8.08 CONVEYANCE OF SWILL

8.08.020 Use of metal containers.
8.08.010 Hours of conveyance.
No person shall remove, transfer, convey or transport any swill through, upon or over any of the public streets, rights-of-way, parks, or public places within a radius of one mile from the post offices at Paia, Kahului, Wailuku and Lahaina, in the county, between the hours of seven a.m. and six p.m. of any day.

8.08.020 Use of metal containers.
No person shall remove, transfer, convey or transport any swill through, upon or over any of the public streets, rights-of-way, parks, or public places within the limits covered by !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! between the hours of six p.m. of any day and seven a.m. of the next day, unless such swill is securely contained in tight metal containers so constructed as to prevent leakage or slopping over and covered with tight covers.

8.08.030 Violation—Penalty.
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not exceeding $50.
